Accessories & Safety Items

Martech Services Company offers various accessory options to make your work experience as comfortable as possible. With the right accessory we can cool the breathing air coming into the hood or we can warm the air in cold winter working conditions.

Cool Tubes

Cool incoming air from compressed breathing air sources by as much as 30°F (17°C). It helps maintain worker comfort and maximize productivity while working in extremely hot and humid environments. The Cool Tube features an adjustable airflow control valve that allows the user to adjust the incoming air temperature to a level best suited to individual comfort. Cool Tubes are NIOSH approved for use with Martech Services Company’s breathing air systems and full hoods.

Climate Control Assembly (Hot/Cold Tube)

The Climate Control Assembly cools or warms incoming air from compressed breathing air sources. It is ideally suited for early spring or late fall when the air needs warming in the morning and cooling in the afternoon. When used in the cool mode, the Hot/Cold Tube decreases the incoming air temperature by as much as 30°F (17°C). When warm air is desired, the incoming air temperature may be increased by up to 30°F (17°C). The Climate Control Assembly features an adjustable airflow control valve that allows users to regulate the temperature change from no change to a warming of 30°F change. It is simple to convert the Hot/Cold Tube from cool air to warm air or warm to cool. It takes the worker just seconds to convert from one mode to the other and then resume work activity. Hot/Cold tubes are NIOSH approved for use with Martech Services Company’s breathing air systems and full hoods.

Martech Services Company Cool Vests are durable, rugged, and breathable. The lightweight design allows for a comfortable fit directly over one layer of clothing, such as a T-Shirt. The design of the this vest makes it produce cool air and will continue to provide cold air as long as it is connected to a clean compressed air source. This vest is extremely popular with blasters, welders, grinders and other folks working in hot conditions. Connected to a clean compressed air source at the back side, this vest uses a small volume of air and will provide cooling temperatures that change with pressure adjustments. Basically, the higher the pressure the cooler the vest will feel. For more information about any of our Quality Air Breathing Systems contact us today at 800-831-1525.
